Custom-Printed Items
All of our products—including mugs, T-shirts, pillows, and promotional items—are made-to-order using print-on-demand fulfillment. This means each piece is created especially for you after your order is placed.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and photos clearly showing the defect or damage

Once approved, we will produce and ship a replacement item as quickly as possible.
Order Errors
If we made a mistake with your order (wrong item, incorrect design, or printing error), we will correct it immediately at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days with your order details.
Custom Orders & Personalization
Because each item is custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
- Color variations due to monitor display differences
- Size exchanges (please refer to our size charts before ordering)

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Digital products and downloadable PNG bundles
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards

Refunds
