1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to provide a replacement or refund.
  • To qualify for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Damage: We’ll need clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage, along with a photo of the packaging.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-printed products, including personalized mugs, t-shirts, tumblers, and other items, are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Please double-check all customization details, such as names, colors, and designs, before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

5. Return Shipping:

  • For eligible returns or replacements, we will cover the cost of return shipping if the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on any returns due to personal reasons.

6. Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
